To set up the model, create a new case with the F_IDEAL_PHYS compset in CESM1.2.2, put the SourceCode file into the ${CASEROOT}, and build.

The ModelSettingData are necessary for running the model. Please adjust the data path in SourceCode/src.cam/tphyidl.F90 (marked by ``!!!PLEASE_SET1!!!'' for the folder ``waccmctl'', and ``!!!PLEASE_SET2!!!'' for the folder ``IDEAL_topo_wa1jan_noEfix_damp30d''), and then put the two folders in the ModelSettingData to the directory you set.

MJO amplitude is set by variable ``Amp'', and MJO longitudinal range is set to the range between lonL-lonshift and lonR-lonshift.
