critique papers and rules

There seems to be some confusion as to the restrictions on the
critique papers to be submitted. The only restriction is that it be
handed in *before* its presentation in class. You are responsible for
this by checking the schedule on the web.

Note that unlike the presentation papers, you *don't* have to
tell me what you are planning to critique in advance. Nor is it
necessary for you to *reserve* the paper. That is, there is no problem
with several people critiquing the same paper, as long as they did
*not* discuss it with each other beforehand. The critique should be
your ideas and yours only, not discussed with your classmates until
the paper is presented in class.
