Re: Final Project Submission Instructions

This is to remind everyone that the final project is due
in the basket in Ronda Scott's office, MD 247, by 5pm today
(Thur), and you dare not be even one minute late, for
Ronda leaves at 5pm. When you put your report in the
basket, please checkoff ALL the report's authors names
on the cardboard in the basket, and place that cardboard
on TOP of the reports in the basket.

The following is an approved alternative method of
submission should you so choose:

1. By 4pm today (Thur) email as follows:

To: walton@deas
Cc: ronda@deas
Subject: Late Submission

We will submit our report to you in person
at 1:30pm sharp on Friday. ...

your name
ALL your co-workers names

2. At 1:30pm sharp on Friday find me in MD
and turn in your report. I expect to be
in MD 141 with Prof. Cheatham, but may
be in MD 121.

Note: there will be NO secretaries in MD
on Friday to help you. The basket will be
in a locked room on Friday until 1:30pm.

Still other alternative methods of submission are
possible but must be negotiated with me by email
PROMPTLY!

Note: submission by email is NOT adequate for grading
purposes, without special permission, because I currently
have trouble printing Microsoft output in a timely fashion.

You will notice I'm being particularly careful. This
is because it is the very end of the year with some
people leaving town. Please bear with this extra care.

Please remember the following:

.. the class PRIVATE web page. Consider this an
.. assignment unless you really object to having the
.. report posted, in which case we will let you out of
